The tool configuration is made up of 2 support discs and 4 seal discs separated by spacer discs mounted on a metallic fabricated body assembly. The front and rear of the tool are fitted with metallic retaining flanges and are held in position by an even number hex. HD. Bolts, washers and nyloc nuts.
The tool can be fitted with optional ancillary items to suit specific multi functional operational duties. I. E. Gauge plates, spring mounted brushes, bypass ports, etc.
The Batching Pig is designed for light cleaning, line filling and dewatering, batch separation and liquid removal.
This version allows the pig to run in either direction.
